Hamilton Construction was originally a sub-contract Interior Trim Company that began operation in 1978. With quality workmanship always being the highest priority, this young company expanded into the remodeling business and operated quite successfully while many other businesses were failing during the building recession of the early nineteen eighties. The company grew, made the transition to General Contracting in 1984 and incorporated as Hamilton Builders Inc. in 1988. Since then, Home Building and Home Rebuilding has been the heart of our operation.

The years of meticulous attention to detail are evident in all of our projects. Bids are accurate and our customers do not experience the "surprise" ending that has tainted the reputation of many contractors through the years. We are licensed, insured and dedicated to providing excellence in residential home building. HBI prides itself on the fact it has never been forced to seek contracts outside of Boulder County and that customer referral has always been the primary source of our advertising.
